If you are new to running you will need to join one of our popular Couch to 5k courses. Visit our dedicated Couch to 5k page for details of any upcoming courses.
If you have some level of fitness then you will fit right in as we run a number of groups each session (as a general rule, can you run/jog for at least 15 minutes regardless of pace).
Before you come along for your first run, we ask you complete our online membership form which includes a short medical questionnaire. You can find the form here.
Once you have completed the form just let us know when you are coming along. This is so our run leaders know you are coming and give you a warm welcome. We will give you a short induction and introduce you to the rest of the group (we are a very friendly bunch)
